More Responsible Headwear Manufacturing

Sustainability in headwear is not a single material choice. It is a series of decisions: fibre, dyeing, trim, packaging, waste and how long the product stays in use.

Materials

We offer organic cotton, recycled polyester (GRS-certified options), recycled acrylic blends and lower-impact dyeing. We will be direct about which options are commercially realistic at your quantity.

Waste and packaging

Cutting waste is reduced through nesting and pattern efficiency. Packaging can move from individual polybags to recycled paper bands, and cartons can be right-sized to reduce freight volume.

Durability

The most sustainable cap is the one that gets worn for years. Reinforced seams, colour-fast fabrics and decoration that survives washing matter more than a sustainability claim on a hangtag.

What we do not do

We do not make unsupported “100% sustainable” claims. We provide documentation for the materials and processes actually used, so your own claims remain accurate.
