Terms of Service
These terms apply to quotations, samples and production orders placed with DEVCOM VUNG TAU COMPANY LIMITED unless a signed contract states otherwise.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the specification, quantity and delivery terms agreed in writing.
Orders and approval
Bulk production begins after deposit payment and written approval of the pre-production sample. Approval confirms artwork, colour, fit and decoration.
Payment
Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, subject to agreement. Sample and development fees may be credited against bulk orders.
Delivery
Lead times are estimated from sample approval and deposit. Shipping dates may shift due to documented force majeure events or buyer-caused delays.
Quality and claims
Claims must be raised within 15 days of receipt with photos and inspection details. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or credit for confirmed defects.
Intellectual property
Buyers confirm they have rights to all artwork supplied. We do not reproduce trademarked designs for third parties.
