What is your minimum order quantity?

Most caps and beanies start at 50 pieces per style and colour. Complex constructions, custom jacquard knits or specialty fabrics may require 100–300 pieces. We will confirm the exact MOQ in your quotation.

How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?

Digital mock-ups are sent within one business day. Physical pre-production samples take 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Sample fees depend on complexity and are usually credited against the bulk order.

What is the production lead time?

Bulk production typically takes 20–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity and decoration. Sea freight adds 25–40 days; air freight adds 5–8 days.

Which decoration methods do you offer?

Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, chenille and woven patches, leather patches, screen printing, heat transfer, DTF and sublimation. We recommend the best method for your artwork and target price.

Can you match Pantone colours?

Yes. We dye to Pantone references and provide lab dips for approval before bulk. Thread colours are also matched to Pantone as closely as the thread range allows.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, by bank transfer. Sample orders can be paid by bank transfer or card link. Terms can be discussed for repeat programmes.

Do you offer FOB, CIF or DDP shipping?

FOB Ho Chi Minh City is standard. CIF and DDP can be quoted depending on destination, product value and duties. We work with buyer-nominated forwarders as well as our own partners.

Can you produce from a sketch or reference sample?

Yes. Send a sketch, tech pack or even a competitor sample. We will develop a specification, recommend materials and produce a sample for approval.

How do you control quality?

Incoming material inspection, in-line QC during sewing and decoration, and AQL 2.5 final inspection with measurement and photo reports before shipment.

Do you provide compliance documents?

We can provide ISO 9001, BSCI/social audit summaries, OEKO-TEX and GRS documentation where applicable, plus test reports for CPSIA, REACH or colour fastness on request.

Can I add my own logo to this cap?

Yes. Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, woven patches and printing are all available. Send vector artwork (AI, PDF or SVG) and we will advise the best method for the fabric and logo detail.

Can I order mixed colours in one order?

Yes, as long as each colour meets the minimum quantity. Colour splits are quoted individually and packed separately unless otherwise requested.

What is the price for 100 pieces?

Pricing depends on fabric, decoration, packaging and delivery terms. Send your specification and destination and we will provide a detailed quote, usually within one business day.

Where is your factory located?

Our factory is in Factory A4, Chau Duc Industrial Park, Suoi Nghe Commune, Chau Duc District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam — around two hours from Ho Chi Minh City.

Can we visit or audit the factory?

Yes. We welcome client visits, video walkthroughs and third-party audits. Contact us to arrange a date and the documents you need.
