6-Panel Cotton Baseball Cap is a fully customizable mid-profile developed for brands that need consistent fit, finish and delivery. Every component — fabric, structure, visor, closure and decoration — can be specified to your tech pack or built from reference samples.
Materials and construction
Standard fabrication is 100% cotton twill, 260 gsm, with 6-panel, structured construction and a pre-curved, 8 rows of stitching visor. We can substitute heavier or lighter fabrics, add lining or sweatbands, and adjust crown depth and panel shape without changing the overall look.

Decoration

Sampling and production
Pre-production samples are produced in 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production runs 20–35 days depending on quantity and decoration complexity, followed by AQL 2.5 inspection and pre-shipment photo reporting.

Can I add my own logo to this cap?
Yes. Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, woven patches and printing are all available. Send vector artwork (AI, PDF or SVG) and we will advise the best method for the fabric and logo detail.
Can I order mixed colours in one order?
Yes, as long as each colour meets the minimum quantity. Colour splits are quoted individually and packed separately unless otherwise requested.
