Rope Detail Cap is a fully customizable mid-profile developed for brands that need consistent fit, finish and delivery. Every component — fabric, structure, visor, closure and decoration — can be specified to your tech pack or built from reference samples.
Materials and construction
Standard fabrication is Cotton twill, 280 gsm, with 6-panel, structured construction and a pre-curved with rope trim visor. We can substitute heavier or lighter fabrics, add lining or sweatbands, and adjust crown depth and panel shape without changing the overall look.

Decoration

Sampling and production
Pre-production samples are produced in 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production runs 20–35 days depending on quantity and decoration complexity, followed by AQL 2.5 inspection and pre-shipment photo reporting.
